All products are made-to-order with care. Here's what to expect:
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and produced within 2-7 business days
Delivery Time
- UK: 3-5 business days after production
- Europe: 5-7 business days after production
- US & Rest of World: 7-14 business days after production
Order Changes Once an order is placed, it enters production immediately and cannot be edited or cancelled. Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before completing your purchase.
Shipping Issues If there's an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery or estimated delivery date. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. For full details, refer to Printful's Terms of Service.
